Dr. med Schamim Schahab came to us in need of a new website as well as print materials for her medical practice. She wanted something professional that would set her apart and appeal to her patients. Her private medical practice for Cardiology, Angiology and Hemostaseology is located at RKM740 - the interdisciplinary specialist clinic in Düsseldorf-Heerdt.

At the start of each new project we ask our customers to fill out an interview where we assess who they are and what’s important to them. This way we can make sure we design something that they will not only love but also something that will highlight their USPs and give them the best chance of success.

In some cases we have a meeting to go over the exact needs of the brief. This was the case with Schamim. Below are some of the briefing notes taken from various meetings throughout the duration of the project.

The key takeaway from the website briefing was that it should be professional and inviting but not playful. The colors used should be harmonious and match the colors used in the design of the office itself. The overall look and feel should be appealing to privately insured patients. As the practice is multilingual we also created an English site that will display first for anyone with their browser language set to English.

Line icons serve as concise visual cues, enhancing user experience by quickly conveying information, we often use them to represent the different services of our customers. This was the perfect situation for this case.

We often help businesses set up a social media presence while they are in the process of founding their business.
